🔒 HoodServe does not sell your personal information — and never has.
Our business model is simple: service businesses pay us a subscription to run their operations. We have no reason to sell your data, and we don't. This is one of our core promises.

HoodServe is a CRM platform that helps independent service businesses (cleaning, lawn care, handyman, personal care, and more) manage bookings, teams, invoices, and their own branded websites. We collect only what we need to operate the platform — and we do not share, sell, or trade it for profit.

That said, U.S. privacy laws (including California's CCPA/CPRA and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Florida, and other states) give you meaningful rights over your personal information regardless of whether it is sold. Use the form below to exercise any of those rights.

What Data We Actually Have

Depending on how you interact with HoodServe, we may hold:

Account data — name, email, phone, business name (if you're a subscriber)
Booking / lead data — name, contact info, service requests submitted through a HoodServe-powered business website
Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser info
Analytics data — aggregated, anonymized traffic data via Google Analytics

We do not build advertising profiles, sell leads, or share your data with data brokers.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days.
We will complete it within 45 days (extendable by 45 more days if necessary, with notice).
You will receive email confirmation once fulfilled.
We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
