Where to Find Your Bookings
Go to the Bookings section of your portal to see all your scheduled and past appointments.
Booking Information Shown
Each booking displays:
- Service type (e.g., Standard Clean, Deep Clean, Lawn Mow)
- Date and time
- Location / address
- Assigned team member (if your provider shares this)
- Status (Scheduled, Completed, Cancelled)
- Any notes or special instructions you provided
Booking Statuses

| β Cancelled | Appointment was cancelled |
Requesting a New Booking
Depending on your provider's setup, you may be able to request a new booking directly from your portal or from their public website. Look for a "Book Now" or "Request Service" button. Your provider will confirm the appointment and it will appear in your portal.
Recurring Appointments
If you have a recurring service (e.g., weekly cleaning), all scheduled instances will appear in your bookings list. Your provider manages the recurrence schedule β contact them directly if you need to pause or modify it.
Can I Cancel a Booking?
Cancellations are handled by your service provider. Contact them directly via phone or the contact method they've provided. Do this as early as possible β many providers have a cancellation window (e.g., 24 hours notice required to avoid a fee).
