What Is a Contract?
Some service providers require a signed agreement before beginning work β especially for recurring services, commercial accounts, or large projects. Your portal lets you review and digitally sign contracts without printing anything.
Where to Find Your Contracts
Go to Contracts in your portal sidebar. All contracts sent to you will be listed there with their status.
Contract Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| π¨ Pending Signature | Awaiting your digital signature |
| β Signed | Fully executed β both parties agreed |
| β Expired | Signature window has passed |
Signing a Contract
- Open the contract from your portal.
- Read the full agreement carefully.
- Scroll to the signature section at the bottom.
- Type your name in the signature field (this acts as your legal digital signature).
- Click Sign & Submit.
- A copy is saved to your portal and your provider is notified.
Downloading a Signed Contract
After signing, you can download a PDF copy for your records. We strongly recommend saving it β it protects both you and your provider in case of any dispute.
I Don't Agree With the Contract Terms
Never sign something you haven't fully read or don't agree with. Contact your provider directly to discuss changes before signing. They can update the contract and resend it.
π A signed contract protects you too β it locks in the agreed price, scope of work, and service schedule.
