How the Client Referral Program Works
Love your service? Share it — and get rewarded for it. When someone uses your referral link to book their first service, you earn a reward (discount, credit, or free service — depending on what your provider offers).
Finding Your Referral Link
- Log in to your client portal.
- Go to Referrals in the sidebar.
- You'll see your personal referral link — something like:
https://yourbusiness.com?ref=YOURCODE - Copy the link and share it anywhere.
How to Share
- 📱 Text a friend — "I use [Business Name] for my cleaning and they're amazing. Use my link and get a discount!"
- 📣 Post on social media — share the link on Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, or neighborhood groups
- 📧 Email your neighbors — especially effective in HOAs or apartment buildings
- 💬 WhatsApp groups — local parent or community groups are great for home service referrals
Tracking Your Referrals
The Referrals page shows:
- Everyone you've referred
- Which referrals are pending (person clicked but hasn't booked yet)
- Which referrals have been rewarded
- Your total earned rewards
What's My Reward?
Your reward depends on your service provider's program — it may be a percentage off your next service, a fixed dollar discount, or a free add-on service. Check the Referrals page in your portal for the exact reward your provider offers.
When Do I Get My Reward?
Your provider will apply the reward to your account after your referral completes their first service. You'll see it reflected on your next invoice as a credit or discount.
