Earn Bonuses by Referring New Clients

If your company has the Referral Program enabled, you can earn cash bonuses every time someone you refer books their first service. It's free money for sharing a link you believe in.

Finding Your Referral Link

  1. Log in to the employee portal.
  2. Go to Referrals in the sidebar.
  3. You'll see your personal referral link — something like:
    https://yourbusiness.com?eref=EXAMPLECODE
  4. Copy the link and share it via text, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or email.

How It Works

  1. A friend or neighbor clicks your link.
  2. They land on your company's booking page.
  3. They book a service.
  4. Your manager sees the referral and marks it as Rewarded.
  5. Your bonus appears on your Referrals page and gets added to your payroll.

Tracking Your Referrals

The Referrals page shows:

  • Total referrals — everyone you've ever referred
  • Pending — waiting for manager approval
  • Rewarded — bonuses already approved and added to payroll
  • Total earned — your lifetime referral bonus total
  • This month's count — toward leaderboard and milestone rewards

Leaderboard

Each month, the referral leaderboard ranks all employees by referral count. The top referrers earn recognition (and sometimes extra bonuses, if your company sets milestone rewards). Check your rank on the Referrals page.

Milestone Rewards

If your company uses milestone rewards, you'll see a progress bar on the Referrals page showing how close you are to the next tier. For example:

  • 🎯 5 referrals → $50 bonus
  • 🎯 10 referrals → $120 bonus
  • 🎯 20 referrals → $300 bonus

Milestones reset monthly. Keep sharing!
