Your employer manages payroll through the admin panel. You don't process or submit pay yourself — but your portal gives you visibility into what's been recorded so there are no surprises on payday.
What Makes Up Your Pay

When Do Bonuses Get Paid?
Referral bonuses are added to your payroll by your manager when they mark a referral as Rewarded. Bonuses are included in your next pay cycle — the exact timing depends on your employer's payroll schedule.
