Your Website Is Included
Every HoodServe account includes a fully functional public website for your business — no separate hosting or WordPress needed. It's automatically branded with your business name, colors, and logo.
Accessing Website Settings
Go to Website in the sidebar. The settings are organized into tabs:
- Branding — logo, brand color, hero image
- Content — edit every section: hero text, features, services, FAQ, testimonials, team, gallery
- SEO — meta title, description, Open Graph (social sharing) image
- Advanced — custom domain, custom CSS/JS, cookie banner, footer text
Sections You Can Enable/Disable

Custom Domain
By default your site lives at hoodserve.com/yourbusiness. To use your own domain (e.g., www.mycleaningco.com):
- Go to Website → Advanced → Custom Domain.
- Enter your domain name.
- Point your domain's DNS to the IP shown (add an A record with your domain registrar).
- Wait 15–60 minutes for DNS to propagate.
Online Booking Forms
Your website includes public booking and estimate request forms. When a visitor fills one out, it creates a Lead in your admin panel. You get notified immediately. The form automatically captures their name, email, phone, service interest, preferred date, and message.
