Common Issues & Quick Fixes
I can't log in
- Make sure you're using the correct portal link from your welcome email
- Double-check your email address β it must match exactly
- Check Caps Lock is off
- Contact your provider to resend credentials
I don't see my latest invoice
- Give it a few minutes β it may still be processing
- Refresh the page
- Contact your provider if it doesn't appear within a day of service completion
My payment didn't go through
- Check your card details (number, expiry, CVV, billing address)
- Try PayPal as an alternative payment method
- Contact your bank β they may be flagging the charge
The portal looks broken on my phone
- Try refreshing the page (pull down to refresh)
- Switch from your current browser to Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone)
- Clear your browser cache: Settings β Clear Browsing Data
I installed the app but it's not updating
- Open the app, pull down to refresh
- Or uninstall the app from your home screen and reinstall it from the browser
