Common Issues & Quick Fixes

I can't log in

  • Make sure you're using the correct portal link from your welcome email
  • Double-check your email address β€” it must match exactly
  • Check Caps Lock is off
  • Contact your provider to resend credentials

I don't see my latest invoice

  • Give it a few minutes β€” it may still be processing
  • Refresh the page
  • Contact your provider if it doesn't appear within a day of service completion

My payment didn't go through

  • Check your card details (number, expiry, CVV, billing address)
  • Try PayPal as an alternative payment method
  • Contact your bank β€” they may be flagging the charge

The portal looks broken on my phone

  • Try refreshing the page (pull down to refresh)
