Viewing Your Schedule

Go to Schedule in the sidebar to see all bookings assigned to you. The calendar shows you:

  • Date and time of each job
  • Client name and address
  • Service type (e.g., Standard Clean, Deep Clean, Lawn Mow)
  • Any special notes left by your manager

Booking Status Colors

Viewing Booking Details

Click any booking on the calendar to see full details:

  • Client address with map link
  • Service description and duration
  • Special instructions or access notes
  • Assigned co-workers (if team job)

What If a Booking Is Wrong?

Employees cannot change bookings β€” contact your manager if the date, time, or address is incorrect. They can update it from the admin panel and the change will appear on your schedule immediately.
