Marking a Booking as Complete

After finishing a job, your manager will mark the booking as completed from their admin panel. You don't need to do anything — the status update will reflect on your schedule automatically.

Responsibilities (Recurring Tasks)

Your company may assign you recurring responsibilities — regular tasks that repeat on a schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). Examples:

  • Check equipment before shift
  • Restock supply van every Monday
  • Submit weekly mileage report
  • Complete end-of-day checklist

How to Complete a Responsibility

  1. Go to Responsibilities in the sidebar.
  2. Find the task that is due (overdue tasks appear in red).
  3. Click the task to open it.
  4. Optionally add a proof note or upload a photo as proof of completion.
  5. Click Mark Complete.

Task Statuses

  • Due — needs to be done today
  • Overdue — past the due date, needs immediate attention
  • Completed — done ✅
  • Skipped — marked as skipped by a manager
⚠️ Overdue responsibilities are visible to your manager. Complete them as soon as possible to keep your record clean.

Checklists

Some jobs may have a checklist attached — a list of steps to complete during the visit (e.g., "Vacuum all rooms", "Wipe down kitchen surfaces", "Check bathrooms"). Your manager can share a checklist link with you or the client directly.
