What Are Portal Documents?

Your service provider may share files with you through the portal — service reports, warranties, certificates of insurance, photos from completed work, or any other document relevant to your account.

Accessing Your Documents

  1. Log in to your client portal.
  2. Go to Documents in the sidebar.
  3. You'll see all files your provider has shared with you.
  4. Click any document to download it.

Supported File Types

Your provider can share documents in these formats:

  • PDF — contracts, reports, receipts
  • Word (DOC/DOCX) — proposals, service agreements
  • Excel (XLS/XLSX) — schedules, pricing sheets
  • Images (JPG, PNG, WebP) — before/after photos, property reports
  • Text files (TXT) — notes and instructions

Can I Upload Documents?

Document uploads from clients are managed by your provider. If you need to share a file with them (e.g., floor plans, access codes, property documents), contact them directly via email or phone and they can add it to your account.

I Can't Find a Document

If you're looking for a specific document (like a signed contract or a past invoice PDF) and can't find it in the Documents section:

  • Check the Invoices section — invoices have their own download button
  • Check the Contracts section — signed agreements are stored there
  • Contact your provider — they may need to re-share it with you
