What is the Client Portal?
The Client Portal is your personal online account with your service provider. From one place you can view upcoming appointments, pay invoices, sign estimates, share your referral link, manage your documents, and more — no phone calls needed.
How to Access Your Portal
Your service provider will send you a welcome email with your login link, email address, and temporary password when they create your account. The portal URL looks like:
https://yourbusiness.com/portal/login- or
https://yourbusiness.com/{businessname}/portal/login
Use the exact link in your welcome email — it includes your provider's branding.
First Login
- Click the link in your welcome email.
- Enter your email address and the temporary password provided.
- You're in! Your portal dashboard will show your account overview.
🔑 Can't find your login link? Contact your service provider — they can resend your portal access at any time.
